●        Manage all aspects of merchandising from order placement to shipment, ensuring timely execution.

●        Communicate effectively with buyers regarding order status, production updates, and issue resolution.

●        Coordinate with internal departments (production, planning, quality, commercial, and design) to ensure smooth order execution.

●        Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

●        Prepare and review costing sheets, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability for each order.

●        Monitor pre-production activities, including sample development, fabric sourcing, and accessory procurement.

●        Track production progress closely to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to specified quality standards.

●        Identify potential production delays or issues and implement corrective actions proactively to mitigate risks.

●        Ensure all production processes comply with buyer's specific requirements and international quality standards.

●        Handle all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments, and buyer communication accurately.

●        Participate in production meetings and provide comprehensive updates on order status and critical path.

●        Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or discrepancies with the quality assurance team.

●        Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials and accessories.

●        Prepare various reports including order status, production progress, and shipment schedules for management.

●        Ensure compliance with social and ethical standards as per buyer and company guidelines.

●        Provide support and guidance to junior merchandisers or team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

●        Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and production techniques to enhance product offerings.

●        Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective sourcing solutions.
