Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Responsible for marketing, merchandising, customer relationship management, and order execution to ensure business growth, profitability, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with local and international buyers.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Manage the complete order process from inquiry to shipment.
Prepare product costing, price quotations, and negotiate with buyers.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Commercial, and Procurement teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor order progress and resolve customer concerns.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
Lead and supervise the merchandising team and support their professional development.
