Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct time study and method study for sewing and other production processes.

• Calculate and verify SMV/SAM for different styles and operations.

• Prepare and maintain operation bulletin and process layouts.

• Conduct line balancing to optimize manpower and machine utilization.

• Monitor hourly production, line efficiency, productivity, and target achievement.

• Analyze production bottlenecks and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports and performance analysis.

• Implement 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.

• Ensure proper documentation and updating of IE-related data and records.

• Lead and monitor IE activities for assigned production lines in knit garments.

• Conduct detailed time study, method study, work measurement, and SMV/SAM analysis.

• Develop operation breakdown, process flow, and line layout for new and existing styles.

• Perform effective line balancing to maximize line efficiency and production capacity.

• Analyze line capacity, manpower requirements, machine requirements, and production targets.

• Monitor hourly production, efficiency, productivity, utilization, and target achievement.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions in coordination with Production.

• Analyze operational losses including idle time, downtime, waiting time, excess manpower, and process delays.

• Develop and implement productivity improvement plans for underperforming lines.

• Monitor and improve operator efficiency and manpower utilization.

• Analyze daily and monthly IE performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.

• Drive Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Monitor compliance with approved SMV, operation sequence, and IE standards.

• Provide technical guidance and support to Jr. Executives and IE team members.

• Prepare management reports on efficiency, productivity, capacity, manpower, and improvement initiatives.
