Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the overall operations of the Fabric Store for the Outerwear project.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of fabrics according to company procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ERP updates.
Monitor fabric stock levels and coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, and Production teams to avoid shortages.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper fabric identification.
Minimize inventory discrepancies, wastage, and fabric damage through effective control measures.
Supervise store personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
Coordinate physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain excellent housekeeping and ensure 5S practices in the store.
