·        Deep technical command of woven fabric behaviors, pattern shrinkage, denim washing variations, and automated cutting systems.

·        High proficiency with garment manufacturing ERP networks, Fast React planning tools, and advanced data reporting.

·        Excellent crisis-management, cross-departmental coordination, and negotiation skills under tight air-freight threat windows.

·        Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee day-to-day operations of all 19 production lines to maximize output and factory floor profitability.

·        Multi-Style Optimization: Strategically allocate, manage, and coordinate the simultaneous running of multiple woven styles (e.g., denim, shirts, bottoms, and outerwear) across lines.

·        Line Balancing & Setting: Partner with the Industrial Engineering (IE) department to optimize pitch diagrams, line layouts, and standard allowed minutes (SAM) to eliminate bottlenecks.

·        Cutting & Material Control: Oversee high-volume cutting room workflows to ensure fabric utilization (FU %) targets are met and fabric scrap wastage is strictly minimized.

·        Pre-Production Alignment: Lead cross-functional Pre-Production (PP) meetings to address engineering, wash, or construction vulnerabilities before bulk layout activation.

·        KPI Management: Track and report key factory floor metrics including Line Efficiency (%), DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), and Cut-to-Ship ratios.
