• Direct and oversee day to day operations of all 25 production lines to maximize output and factory floor profitability.

• Strategically allocate, manage and coordinate the simultaneous multiple across line.

• Lead end-to-end factory operations from cutting, sewing, and finishing to shipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Merchandising, and Compliance teams to meet customer expectations and audit standards.

• Monitor and analyze production KPIs to drive cost-effective, ethical, and timely execution.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment aligned with best practices and compliance.

• Support top management with strategic insights and initiatives for continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

• Lead the production team to improve the overall product quality, control cost and reduce production lead-time.

• Achieve Planned production Targets.

• Maintain and improve the man-machine ratio and increase the cut to ship ratio.

• Review daily reports related to product quality and level of wastage and numbers of rejected garments.

• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operation management.

• Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and international buyer Codes of Conduct.

• Ability to drive KPIs such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery, Right First Time (RFT) quality, machine utilization, and reduction of labor turnover.

• Should have work experience as Deputy General Manager/ Assistant General Manager/ Industrial Engineering Manager of Industrial engineering and ensure all the production Management System also consistently to meet requirement.
