1. Design Creation: Develop unique embroidery designs using software such as Wilcom or specialized embroidery software.

2. Sample Production: Create and test samples to ensure designs translate well onto fabric and meet quality standards.

3. Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into designs.

4. Material Selection: Choose appropriate threads, linings and embellishments that enhance the design and meet project requirements.

5. Machine Operation: Operate and maintain embroidery machines, ensuring proper setup and troubleshooting any issues during production.

6. Trend Research: Stay updated on current fashion and design trends to create relevant and appealing designs.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design processes, materials used, and production timelines.

8. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
