Experience:

• At least 2 years

• BSc in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Engineering from reputed. University.

• At least 2 years

• Age At least 20 years

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role within the food processing or slaughtering industry is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality assurance is a plus.

• Oversee on-line quality-related activities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products to ensure adherence to required standards.

• Prepare comprehensive reports for management on quality assurance metrics and findings.

• Coordinate production planning activities in alignment with customer demand and company objectives.

• Supervise and manage production line operations, including employee management, finished goods, and by-product handling.

• Calculate production metrics on a line-by-line basis and maintain accurate records in our ERP system.

• Coordinate the production, packing, freezing and loading of intermediate and main product items.

• Generate reports and prepare documentation for delivery, including updating records and issuing necessary documentation on time.
