Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, MIS, Agricultural Economics, or any relevant discipline from a reputed University.

• At least 4 years

• Age At least 22 years

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales Analytics, Business Planning, MIS, Market Research, or Commercial Operations, preferably in the Feed, Poultry, Agro-based, FMCG or related industry.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboards) and Power BI/Tableau or similar visualization tools.

• Excellent presentation and report-writing skills.Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.

• Knowledge of Feed and Poultry business operations will be considered an added advantage.

• Analyze sales performance by region, branch, territory, product and customer segment and provide actionable insights to management.

• Monitor sales targets, achievements, growth trends and identify performance gaps with recommendations for corrective actions.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer demand, competitor activities and pricing strategies.

• Identify business risks and recommend strategic initiatives to improve sales performance, market share, and profitability.

• Prepare business reports, presentations, dashboards, and analytical summaries for management meetings.

• Ensure data integrity, validation and compliance with internal reporting standards.

• Develop and maintain automated sales reports, dashboards and MIS to support business decision-making.

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective business planning.
