Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing* to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and support the sales team in achieving company targets. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, sales strategy, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Generate new business opportunities for elevators, escalators, and related solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
Identify upcoming projects and generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with technical, estimation, production, installation, and after-sales teams to meet customer requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular management reports.
Mentor and support sales team members to improve performance.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, client meetings, and other business development activities.
Coordinate with Accounts/Commercial teams for timely payment collection.
