Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
3–4 years of experience operating paper cup manufacturing machines in a production environment.
Strong technical knowledge of paper cup production processes and machine operation.
Ability to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machines.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and quality control procedures.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets.
