Responsibilities & Context:
Support sub function: production for preparation of yearly production plan.
Preparation of monthly/weekly/shift wise production schedule.
Monitor and analyze performance of CCM to identify improvement areas.
Assess technical requirements of modules, jackets, spray nozzles, hydraulic rollers, etc.
Monitor to minimize required end- pieces as per production requirement.
Monitor to reduce significant operational loss in CCM to enhance productivity & efficiency.
Preparation of budget and ensure adherence within target limit.
Monitor physical quality of finished product to ensure quality product for the user departments.
Monitor usages of raw materials to ensure continual production with minimal idle stock.
Ensure updatation of SMS related data in MIS/Oracle/ERP.
Compliance to ISO - QMS & EMS requirements as per standard.
Monitor deviations of technical and process specification and provide necessary corrective action.
Monitor CCM operation to detect jamming/change of refractory for ensuring products conformity.
Identify potential safety issues through hazard identification and suggests improvement areas and take preventive measures to reduce safety risk pertaining to legal provision.
