• Age At least 30 years

• Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, and uninterrupted operations.

• Manage implementation of distribution plan that specifies every element in the distribution process from the warehouses to how and when the inventory would reach the delivery location.

• Support execution of distribution strategies, including how the products are to be made available and sent to different destinations (customers/dealers etc.)

• Monitor physical inventory at defined intervals and submits required reports and takes necessary actions.

• Ensure adherence to route plans for the logistical details of all the distribution routes and activities and load plans for destinations.

• Monitor to ensure accuracy of documentation during dispatch of Finished Goods as per SOP.

• Regularly monitor floor operations to ensure prevention of thefts and fraudulent dispatch.

• Monitor generation of tally slip as per bundles and ensure proper loading as per tally slip.

• Ensure preparation of floor plan for loading of trucks and trailer as per information received from corporate logistics/sales team.

• Plan and drive the implementation of finished goods dispatch to the customer on time as per delivery schedule.

• Ensure availability of manpower for bending machine and loading.

• Ensure overall administration of the warehouse operation.

• Monitor the security needs and activities of the warehouse.

• Adhere to the budget and monitor the adherence in the sub areas.

• Adherence to reduce process delay time of bending machine to achieve production as well as delivery target.

• Plan and ensure bending machine efficiency, productivity to maximize bending machine operation.

• Monitor to ensure disposal of Non-Conformity product, wastages to keep warehouse area neat and clean.

• Monitor and ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at workplace.
