• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Hospital

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 20 to 25 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Hospital

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Define and lead strategic projects objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.

• Ensure timely completion of greenfield and brownfield strategic projects at various stages (pre-planning, monitoring, electrical and civil feasibility etc.) as applicable through the optimum allocation of resources.

• Act as subject matter expertise and advice on material, manpower and equipment requirement.

• Make strategic decisions regarding the projects and provide leadership and direction to implement those decisions.

• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.

• Manage and ensure delivery of the project according to the plan.

• Track the project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

• Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule or budget.

• Manage the relationship and communication with the all the stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

• Ensure all clearances and regulations for the project are available and follow-up as needed.

• Plan and ensure proper handover-takeover of the projects to the key stakeholders.

• Compliance to ISO QMS, EMS and OHSMS requirements as per standard.

• Identify any possible risk factors within the function and take preventive actions.

• Review safety process periodically and formulate necessary guideline to reduce safety risk and hazard at workplace pertaining to legal provision.
