Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in in Supply Chain Management / Management / Accounting / Engineering
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in in Supply Chain Management / Management will be preferred

  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Experience in manufacturing or ceramic industry will be an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP and inventory reporting

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Basic understanding of raw materials, finished goods, machinery spare parts and consumables

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, spare parts, consumables and finished goods

  • Monitor daily stock receipts, issues, transfers and balances

  • Receive and verify materials against Purchase Orders, Challans, GRN and other relevant documents

  • Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling and location-wise arrangement of inventory

  • Prepare and maintain Goods Receive Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes, Stock Transfer Notes and other inventory documents

  • Update inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical stock with ERP records

  • Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged items, slow-moving and obsolete inventory

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Store, Accounts and user departments

  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and support inventory planning

  • Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production disruption

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports

  • Support internal and external inventory audits

  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all inventory activities

  • Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies and procedures

  • Assist in improving inventory accuracy and implementing cost-control measures
