About Stonewell Supply

We currently have a wood manufacturing factory in Khulna, Bangladesh, and are in the process of formally establishing and developing the wider Stonewell Supply business.

We are a UK-based company developing wooden homeware products for international markets, initially selling through Amazon UK.

We are looking for a Supply Chain to help us build and organise the systems needed to grow the business.

Responsibilities

You will help manage the supply chain from raw materials to production, finished products and export.

• Production planning — decide what needs to be produced, when and in what quantities.

• Inventory — track raw wood, work-in-progress, finished products and packaging.

• Demand planning — use sales data to plan future production and avoid stockouts.

• Quality control — coordinate inspections and reduce defects and rework.

• Wood & moisture management — monitor drying, storage and moisture levels.

• Packaging — ensure the correct packaging is available for production.

• Export & logistics — coordinate shipments from the Khulna factory to the UK.

• Documentation — manage invoices, packing lists, export paperwork and records.

• Business & export registration — assist with business registration, trade licence, ERC, chamber registration, export-related requirements and renewals.

• Cost control — track production and landed costs.

• Supplier management — monitor suppliers for price, quality and reliability.

• Reporting — provide a clear weekly report on production, inventory, QC, shipments, costs and problems.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and responsible

• Good with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers

• Strong at planning and follow-up

• Comfortable managing factory workers and suppliers

• Able to solve problems independently

• Comfortable dealing with logistics companies and government offices

• Experienced in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement or export

Experience with wood products, furniture, homeware or Amazon/FBA is a plus.

The Role

You will work primarily from our Khulna factory and report directly to the UK-based management team.

Because the business is still being established, this is an opportunity to help build the systems and processes from the ground up, rather than simply maintain an existing operation.

The aim is to create a reliable operation where production, inventory, quality, purchasing and export are organised and predictable as the business grows.
