Company Overview
Stonewell Supply Ltd is a UK-based home decor and wooden product business with manufacturing operations in Bangladesh. We develop and supply design-led products for Western markets (UK/EU), focusing on quality, aesthetics, and consistency.
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on coordinator to manage production, factories, and sourcing in Bangladesh.
Job Summary
This role acts as the operational link between UK-based product design direction and Bangladesh-based manufacturing. You will coordinate factories, manage production flow, and ensure designs are correctly executed.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with factories, workshops, and suppliers in Bangladesh
Translate product images and design ideas into clear production instructions
Monitor production timelines, samples, and quality control
Follow up with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
Visit workshops/factories when required
Source materials and negotiate basic pricing
Identify and resolve production issues quickly
Report progress clearly to UK management
Requirements
Prior experience in factory coordination, sourcing, production, or merchandising
Strong ability to manage people and follow up on tasks
Able to understand product images and visual references (e.g. Amazon, Pinterest, Etsy style products)
Practical problem-solving mindset (not just office/admin work)
Comfortable working in fast-moving production environments
Fluent in Bangla; basic English communication preferred
Preferred Background (not mandatory)
Garment buying house / export industry experience
Production supervisor / merchandiser role
Workshop or manufacturing coordination experience
Exposure to home decor, furniture, or crafts industry
Location

Theoretical “managers” with no factory experience
Commission-only trading agents
Candidates unable to work in practical production environments
