• Strong knowledge of adhesive manufacturing processes, including formulation, mixing, blending, and packaging.

• Ability to plan, organize, and optimize production operations to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and product quality assurance.

• Proven ability to manage production teams, develop employees, and drive high performance.

• Experience in inventory control, raw material planning, and supply chain coordination.

• Sound knowledge of health, safety, environmental (HSE), and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, production reporting, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure efficient and profitable business operations.

Overview:

RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest and most diversified manufacturing conglomerates, known for its plastics, stationery, metal, melamine, PVC, electronics, furniture, industrial products, light engineering, Leather goods, adhesive & chemical, and Mattress (Bedding business). we are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager and Manager for business operation for bedding business to strengthen its operations. The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily manufacturing and operational activities to ensure smooth production, high quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. The role involves leading production teams, monitoring operational performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and driving continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices. The Operations Manager is also responsible for achieving business KPIs, optimizing resources, reducing operational costs, and supporting the organization's overall growth and profitability.

Job Location: Dhaka, Narayangonj

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Sales, Production, Finance, and SCM for smooth workflow.

• Monitor production planning, inventory, and material availability to prevent disruptions and ensure continuous operations.

• Balance production lines to optimize manpower, reduce bottlenecks, and increase efficiency.

• Analyze production processes and implement methods to reduce waste and cost.

• Calculate machine and manpower capacity for effective production planning.

• Prepare and update SMV for styles and processes.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Report.

• Track progress against plan and take corrective actions for delays.
