• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Mechanical Engineering, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Technical/Engineering

• Age 32 to 50 years

• Develop and implement production strategies aligned with the objectives of AkijBashir Bathware Limited. Provide clear vision and direction to the production team while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

• Monitor daily section-wise production targets, analyze shortfalls, and take corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of output goals.

• Estimate, negotiate, and finalize budgets and timelines with clients and relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with production capabilities and business goals.

• Oversee the end-to-end production process, including raw material procurement, workflow management, and final product assembly. Continuously streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, minimize costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

• Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that Faucets, Showers, and Bathware accessories meet industry requirements and regulatory standards. Implement quality assurance initiatives to minimize defects and improve customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, including R&D, Planning, Production, Quality Control, and other operational teams, to ensure smooth execution of production activities.

• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Implement and monitor safety procedures to protect employees and prevent workplace accidents.

• Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of production staff. Build a positive, collaborative work environment. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and drive team development to enhance productivity and skill levels.

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, focusing on cost optimization, waste reduction, 5S practices, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and technology-driven solutions to enhance overall production efficiency.
