Experience in handling large-scale finishing units and international buyer requirements.

Strong knowledge of garment finishing techniques, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the finishing operations in our garment manufacturing unit. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Brief JD :

Supervise and manage all finishing activities including ironing, trimming, packing, and final inspection.

Ensure garments meet buyer specifications and quality standards before shipment.

Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising teams to resolve finishing-related issues.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

Monitor finishing line performance and maintain strict compliance with delivery schedules.

Train and guide finishing staff to achieve operational excellence.
