• Financial and commercial awareness.

• Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management software.

• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Position Summary

The Hospital Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the veterinary hospital, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional client experiences, and efficient resource utilization. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple departments, improve operational performance, and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the veterinary clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Coordinate workflows across reception, outpatient services, ICU unit, laboratory, pharmacy, and surgery unit.

• Monitor operational performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze business performance through operational reports and KPIs, developing action plans to achieve organizational goals.

• Prepare operational SOPs and ensure compliance with established operational procedures, quality standards, and client service protocols.

• Collaborate closely with department heads to optimize scheduling, productivity, supply chain and resource allocation.

• Resolve operational challenges and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Support management in planning new services, improving operational systems, and achieving business growth objectives.
