Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Architecture, or any related discipline,

• Professional certification in graphic design software will be an added advantage

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Experience in glass printing, decorative design, home appliance design, or interior products will be preferred

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, 2D, 3D and other design software

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities

• Good understanding of color combinations, printing techniques, and material applications

• Knowledge of digital printing and production processes

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Create new design concepts and artwork for refrigerator doors, glass cooktops, and smart mirrors etc

• Develop aesthetically appealing and commercially viable product designs based on market trends and customer preferences

• Modify and improve existing designs to enhance product attractiveness and competitiveness

• Prepare design files and artwork suitable for printing and production processes

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Product Development teams to understand customer requirements and business needs

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new design trends and opportunities

• Ensure all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and production specifications

• Support new product development projects from concept generation to final implementation

• Maintain a database of design files, samples, and product specifications
