• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Create engaging promotional videos for study abroad services, universities, scholarships, visa updates, and student success stories.

• Add professional motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, sound effects, and background music.

• Design visually appealing reels, shorts, and social media advertisements that maximize audience engagement.

• Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and final video optimization.

• Create eye-catching video thumbnails and simple graphic elements when required.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan, execute, and deliver creative video content.

• Ensure all videos maintain Dream Destination International's branding, quality standards, and visual identity.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms.

• Organize, manage, and archive project files efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

• Handle multiple editing projects simultaneously and respond quickly to urgent marketing requirements.

• Capture and edit office events, seminars, student testimonials, and promotional shoots when necessary.

• Suggest creative ideas and innovative editing styles to improve content performance and audience reach.

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Good knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

• Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.

• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats.

• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of camera angles, lighting, and audio recording will be considered an added advantage.
