Blucheez Outfitters is looking for a creative and commercially driven Fashion Designer to join our Design Studio. If you have a passion for men's ethnic fashion, strong product development skills, and experience in sourcing fabrics and trims, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal collections for Men's Ethnic Wear.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and consumer preferences.
Prepare mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and product specifications.
Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
Collaborate closely with the merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless product execution.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Ensure every collection reflects the Blucheez brand identity and commercial objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.
3–4 years of professional experience in Men's Ethnic Wear design.
Strong knowledge of fabric, trim, and accessory sourcing.
Sound understanding of garment construction, fitting, and production processes.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
