Design & Development

·        Support the design team in conceptualizing and developing seasonal collections for woven bottoms, formalwear, outerwear, and jackets, including denim.

·        Create mood boards, concept presentations, and sample development plans aligned with global fashion trends and market demands.

·        Ensure timely execution of all design projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Trend & Market Research

·        Stay updated with international fashion trends, consumer insights, and brand direction.

·        Incorporate trend-forward, commercially viable elements into collections.

·        Travel for inspiration, sourcing, and client interactions to remain aligned with global design movements and customer expectations.

Customer Interaction & Presentation

·        Present collections to international buyers and customers with clarity, confidence, and strong storytelling.

·        Adapt presentations as per buyer feedback and market-specific requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

·        Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and product feasibility.

·        Coordinate with wash and finishing teams to integrate innovative and sustainable techniques into product design.

Innovation & Sustainability

·        Drive innovation in washes, finishes, and design processes.

·        Support and implement sustainable design practices within the denim category.
