∎ Passion for fashion, youth culture, and creative design
∎ Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design engaging graphics for campaigns, social media, website, print, and email marketing
∎ Translate creative briefs into high-quality visual concepts that resonate with the brand identity
∎ Ensure consistency in visual tone across all marketing materials
∎ Develop short-form motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns and reels
∎ Edit video content for campaigns, events, and social storytelling when required
∎ Work closely with content and marketing teams to bring stories to life through visual media
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and store visuals
∎ Design in-store assets like posters, signage, and event branding elements
∎ Support visual needs for PR kits, influencer collaborations, and packaging
∎ Assist in planning and executing creative direction for photoshoots
∎ Edit and retouch campaign photos and product imagery
∎ Coordinate visual materials for in-store events, launches, and brand activations
∎ Stay updated on global fashion, pop culture, and design trends
∎ Contribute new ideas for visual campaigns that connect with Gen Z and young millennials
∎ Suggest innovative design formats to push the boundaries of creativity
∎ Maintain organized folders and files for design assets, brand templates, and resources
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, eCommerce) to deliver on time
∎ Provide creative input during brainstorming, campaign planning, and strategy sessions
