∎ Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Motion Design, 3D Animation, Visual Communication, or related field
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics, video content creation, or visual storytelling (3D or CGI content experience a plus)
∎ Prior experience working in a fashion, lifestyle, or youth-focused brand is a plus
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software
∎ Strong understanding of CGI content generation and 3D modeling/animation
∎ Ability to manage end-to-end video production, from concept to post-production
∎ Familiarity with sound design, color correction, and visual effects
∎ Strong visual storytelling sense with an eye for aesthetics, rhythm, and pacing
∎ Adaptable and passionate about learning new skills, especially in emerging design technologies
∎ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
∎ A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and animate engaging motion graphics for social platforms, campaigns, and digital ads
∎ Edit compelling short-form video content: reels, lookbooks, BTS edits, event highlights
∎ Generate CGI content and integrate it seamlessly with live-action video for advanced storytelling
∎ Maintain visual consistency with Blucheez’s brand identity in all motion and video assets
∎ Work with the Brand & Marketing team to brainstorm visual styles, mood boards, and content strategies
∎ Translate campaign briefs into dynamic video concepts, incorporating 3D elements and CGI visuals
∎ Contribute to content planning, ensuring fresh and trend-driven content that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences
∎ Stay on top of industry trends in CGI, 3D content, and video production techniques
∎ Push the envelope in terms of design, motion graphics, and video creativity
∎ Suggest new ways to integrate 3D and CGI elements into campaigns to enhance engagement
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, retail) to deliver high-quality content across digital platforms
∎ Ensure timely execution and on-brand delivery of all campaign visuals
∎ Manage organized archives of assets, templates, and motion files for future use

∎ We are looking for a Visualizer / Senior Visualizer with strong expertise in motion graphics, CGI content generation, and video editing. This role will focus on crafting immersive visual experiences through 3D software and advanced video techniques, elevating Blucheez’s digital presence. You’ll lead the creation of motion-based content from concept to final cut, managing everything from social videos to full campaign visuals. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, detail-oriented storyteller with a passion for learning new skills and pushing the boundaries of design.
