• Sound knowledge of digital media, online publishing, and content management systems (CMS).

• Strong understanding of media ethics and Bangladesh's media regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the editorial team to ensure high-quality news coverage.

• Develop and implement editorial policies, standards, and publishing strategies.

• Review, edit, and approve news stories before publication.

• Ensure all published content is accurate, balanced, ethical, and legally compliant.

• Coordinate with reporters, correspondents, and contributors to maintain timely news updates.

• Monitor current affairs and identify important newsworthy topics.

• Manage the daily news publishing schedule across digital platforms.

• Maintain editorial integrity and uphold the organization's journalistic standards.

• Collaborate with management to enhance audience engagement and digital growth.

• Represent the organization in professional and media-related activities when required.
