We are looking for a skilled and reliable e-GP Tender Preparation Expert with Graphic Design knowledge who can efficiently manage electronic government procurement (e-GP) documentation, tender submissions, and creative design tasks. This is a full-time role responsible for preparing tender documents, maintaining project documentation, developing product catalogs and marketing materials, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit e-GP tender documents through the Bangladesh e-GP portal.

• Prepare technical proposals, financial proposals, BOQs, supporting documents, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

• Design and develop multi-page product catalogs, brochures.

• Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design software to produce professional, high-quality designs.

• Type fluently in both Bangla and English.

• Assist with general administrative and computer-related tasks as assigned.

Daily Operational Tasks:

• Monitor e-GP tender notices and procurement opportunities.

• Prepare and organize tender documentation according to procurement requirements and submission deadlines.

• Update and maintain product catalogs and company marketing materials.
