• Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) and advanced visual effects,

• Strong capability in video editing for diverse formats (social media, documentary, campaign content),

• Ability to design high-quality static content for digital platforms and campaigns,

• Understanding of sound design, color grading, and post-production workflows,

• Experience in creative direction for content development and visual production (Documentary, AV, Docu-Drama) will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of advanced motion graphics and animation projects

• Define visual storytelling approaches for campaigns, documentaries, branded content, and digital platforms

• Take ownership of motion design quality across projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact

• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, scriptwriters, and project teams to shape overall creative direction

• Oversee video editing, animation pipelines, compositing, and final output delivery

• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with strict deadline adherence

• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior motion designers and creative team members

• Contribute to storyboard development, visual ideation, and campaign narratives

• Develop static visual assets (social media creatives, campaign visuals, branding elements) aligned with motion design outputs

• Stay ahead of global trends in motion design, animation, and digital storytelling, and implement them where relevant
