Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in project management, account management, or client servicing
• Strong background in marketing, communication, or development sector projects
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
• Exceptional client management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong leadership capability with experience in team supervision and performance management
• Advanced organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
• High proficiency in Bangla and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to operate under pressure and manage high-impact, deadline-driven projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage relationships with high-value clients, donors, and strategic partners as the primary account lead
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards
• Translate complex client requirements into strategic project frameworks and execution plans
• Provide leadership and direction to project managers, coordinators, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure excellence in deliverables including reports, proposals, presentations, and communication materials
• Lead high-level client engagements, negotiations, and review meetings
• Monitor project performance across timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and risk parameters
• Establish and enforce project management protocols, reporting systems, and workflow efficiency
• Identify opportunities to expand project scope and deepen client partnerships through value-added services and integrated solutions ( upsell, cross-sell, long-term partnerships )
• Contribute to business development through strategic proposals, pitch development, and client acquisition support
• Mentor and build the capacity of project management team members
