Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any other related field.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a combined graphic design and digital marketing role.

• Software Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or After Effects). Canva is an added advantage.

• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of PPC, SEO basics, and social media boosting strategies.

• Language: Strong communication skills in Bengali and English and Bengali type is mandatory.

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a creative, data-driven Senior Executive (Graphics & Digital Marketing) to bridge our visual branding and digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and executing digital campaigns to drive engagement and company brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual assets following brand guidelines, including social media posts, banners, brochures, Leaflet, logos and others Facebook contents.

• Content Creation: Produce basic motion graphics and edit short-form video content for reels, YouTube, Instagram, website & google.

• Digital Campaigns: Assist in planning, running, and optimizing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

• Social Media Management: Keep up with viral design trends and assist with platform management and audience research.

• Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track quality lead generation, and prepare regular performance reports.

Office Time: 10.00am to 7.00 pm

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
