The ideal candidate will create high-quality graphics, produce viral video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, and help strengthen our brand identity across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional social media posts, banners, advertisements, carousels, brochures, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

• Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, InShot, or similar software.

• Develop and execute a monthly social media content plan.

• Write attractive captions and promotional copy in Bangla and English.

• Research daily social media trends, viral audio, hashtags, and creative content ideas.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.

• Respond to social media comments and messages when required.

• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, and audience insights.
