• The Lead UI/UX Designer must have a strong understanding of North American design standards, user behavior, and digital product expectations. Since the majority of our clients are based in the United States and Canada, the designer should be able to create websites, web applications, and mobile apps that align with the visual preferences, usability standards, and business goals of the North American market. This includes designing clean, modern, accessible, conversion-focused, and user-centered experiences rather than following regional design trends that may not resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate should stay up to date with global design trends, conduct research on competitor products, understand Western consumer psychology, and make design decisions based on user experience, data, and best practices. They should be capable of delivering premium, scalable, and market-ready digital products that meet the expectations of North American clients while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistency across every project.

• Design and Prototype: Create engaging and effective user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze feedback to inform design decisions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.

• Design Standards: Maintain and enhance design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across products.

• Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving project requirements.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
