Avenza Tour is looking for a talented and experienced Creative Content Creator to help build our brand through original, engaging, and high-quality visual and written content.

We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts or relies on AI to generate content. We are looking for a creative professional who can think independently, tell compelling stories, and create marketing assets that inspire people to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives, promotional banners, advertisements, and product cards.

• Create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness.

• Write engaging articles, travel blogs, website content, and marketing copy in English.

• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with our brand.

• Create brand-consistent graphics for both digital and print marketing materials.

• Edit basic short-form videos for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of real professional experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or Creative Designer.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design and creative work.

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory).

• Basic video editing skills for Reels and other short-form content.

• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to create original content from concept to final design.

• Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or WordPress) will be considered an advantage.

We value original creativity and professional design skills.

AI tools may be used only as a supporting tool for brainstorming, research, or generating limited creative assets.

We do NOT accept portfolios or work that rely primarily on 100% AI-generated designs, articles, or social media content.

We are not hiring an AI Content Creator. We are looking for a creative professional who can produce original, high-quality work using their own design, writing, and creative thinking skills.
