Responsibilities & Context:

·       Creating 3D visualization, in the form of photo realistic still rendering, Architectural Work-through.Creating 3D Models and assets for rendering of residential, commercial, and infrastructure interiors and exteriors.

·       Managing multiple project and deadlines.

·       Developing new skill.

·       Maintaining project and asset archives and 3D model library. Site visit.

·       Conceptualization: Develop initial design concepts based on client needs, preferences, and project requirements.

·       Space Planning: Create efficient and functional layouts that optimize space utilization.

·       3D Modeling: Use design software to visualize and present design ideas to clients.

·       Material Selection: Choose suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and budget.

·       Lighting Design: Plan and implement effective lighting solutions to enhance the ambiance and functionality of spaces.

·       Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.

·       Scheduling: Create and adhere to project timelines to meet deadlines.

·       Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.

·       Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

·       Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget.

·       Presentation: Present design proposals and explain design concepts effectively.

·       Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients throughout the project.

·       Technical Skills:

·       CAD Software: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketch Up.

·       Building Codes: Knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.

·       Construction Documentation: Create detailed construction drawings and specifications.
