Responsibilities & Context:
We're looking for a skilled, reliable video editor to join us full-time (40 hours/week).
What You'll Do:
- Edit 6 videos/week from raw footage and scripts
- Handle cuts, pacing, retention edits, captions, B-roll, and sound design
- Deliver export-ready videos on a consistent schedule
- Maintain a consistent style across every upload
Must Have:
- 40 hours/week availability (this is a full-time, ongoing role)
- Experience editing 20+ minute long videos
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good written English
- Comfortable following direction and hitting deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience editing crime, documentary, or police bodycam videos
- Motion graphics and thumbnail design
