Job Context:

We are looking for a creative, visionary, and experienced Visual Director to lead the visual direction of our brand, marketing campaigns, digital content, events, and marketing communications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, excellent storytelling ability, and the ability to transform brand ideas into premium, impactful, and consistent visual experiences across digital, print, events, and marketing platforms.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain the overall visual direction and creative identity of the brand.

• Lead the creative direction of photo shoots, video productions, social media content, and advertising campaigns.

• Develop visual concepts, mood boards, storyboards, creative references, and visual guidelines for campaigns and projects.

• Ensure consistency across branding, photography, videography, graphic design, typography, color, composition, and visual communication.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, video editors, marketing teams, and other creative professionals to execute projects.

• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to develop concepts, visual references, creative assets, and innovative content.

• Review and approve visual content before publication to ensure quality, creativity, consistency, and brand alignment.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in visual design, photography, videography, social media, digital content, and AI-powered creative technology.

• Lead and guide creative teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
