Responsibilities & Context:

• Design creative and professional graphics for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website, and other digital platforms.

• Create social media posts, banners, promotional materials, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and marketing creatives.

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and company presentations.

• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, and other social media video content.

• Create engaging motion graphics and visual content for marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.

• Develop high-impact product launch and promotional videos from concept to final delivery.

• Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, motion graphics, and other visual elements to videos.

• Maintain brand consistency across all graphic and video content.

• Resize and optimize graphics/videos according to different social media platform requirements.

• Manage and organize design files, video assets, templates, and other creative resources.

• Exceptional understanding of color grading, LUTs, blending modes, and visual composition.

• Proficiency in Audio-Visual Editing and syncing motion with sound.

• Experience with 2D Character Animation, Path Animation, and Shape Animation.

• Able to handle latest Video generation models such as Google Flow (Veo), Runway, Kling AI, Open AI Sora, Luma Dream Machine, Seedance etc.

• Good Knowledge about prompt engineering or handling for faster and better video generation and automation.

• Stay updated with latest Postproduction House; Offshore marketing trends, social media trends, graphic design styles, video editing techniques, use of proper different AI platforms and content formats.

• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within assigned deadlines.

• Support the team with other creative and design-related tasks as required.

• Work closely with our SEO;  Business Development & Developer team to create engaging and high-converting content.

• Produce clear, original, engaging content with proper structure, formatting, and readability.

• Analyze trending visual effects (e.g., from CapCut, TikTok, etc.) to identify the specific filters, color adjustments, and technical layers used, and define clear pathways for our team to build them.

• Manage project timelines, team workloads, and task delivery.

• Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountability of the post.
