Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials including posters, banners, flyers, brochures, invitations, newsletters, and event branding elements.

• Create engaging content and graphics for social media platforms, website, mobile applications, and digital displays.

• Develop visual concepts and creative campaigns for Club events, programs, and membership promotions.

• Ensure consistency of branding across all communication and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with event, marketing, and management teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Prepare artwork and design files for printing and digital publication.

• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, and multimedia content.

• Maintain and organize the Club’s digital design assets and brand resources.

• Coordinate with printers, media agencies, and external vendors when required.

• Stay updated with design trends, software, and industry best practices.

• Support event branding, signage, and visual presentation requirements.

• Communication response time maximum 1 hour
