1. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Page Management 2. Social Media Post Design (Photoshop / Illustrator) & Publishing 3. Simple Video Editing (short/reels) 4. WhatsApp Communication Expert.

****** Requirements & Skills ******

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Page Management সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে। CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro বা সমমানের সফটওয়্যার দিয়ে ভিডিও এডিটিংয়ে দক্ষ হতে হবে। Adobe Photoshop দিয়ে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পোস্ট ও ব্যানার ডিজাইন করতে জানতে হবে। বাংলা ভাষায় ভালো কনটেন্ট ও ক্যাপশন লিখতে জানতে হবে। Facebook পোস্ট শিডিউলিং, কমেন্ট ও ইনবক্স ম্যানেজমেন্ট সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে। কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষ হতে হবে। সময়নিষ্ঠ, দায়িত্বশীল এবং টিমে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

Preferred Qualifications SSC পাস ৬ মাস–২ বছরের প্রাসঙ্গিক অভিজ্ঞতা। Portfolio, পূর্বের ভিডিও এডিটিং কাজ বা Facebook Page-এর নমুনা ইন্টারভিউয়ের সময় প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
