Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

* Strong understanding of interior colour coordination, materials, fabrics and spatial aesthetics.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Pleasant personality with the ability to understand and communicate with premium clients.

* Strong sense of design, proportion, colour and detailing.

* Ability to use AutoCAD / SketchUp / Photoshop or similar design software will be an advantage.

* Experience in curtains, soft furnishings, furniture or home décor will be highly valued.

* Fresh graduates with exceptional design sense and communication skills may also apply.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t see a curtain as just a piece of fabric.

You should understand how a curtain can transform the entire feeling of a room.

If you have a strong eye for design and enjoy helping people create beautiful spaces, we’d love to meet you.

* Conduct one-to-one curtain consultancy sessions with customers by appointment.

* Understand the client’s interior style, requirements, lifestyle, budget, and functional needs.

* Recommend suitable curtain fabrics, colours, textures, patterns, linings, pleats and hanging styles.

* Help customers coordinate curtains with wall colours, furniture, flooring, lighting and overall interior design.

* Advise on blackout, sheer, thermal, acoustic, fire-resistant and other functional curtain solutions.

* Prepare professional curtain recommendations and presentations for clients.

* Coordinate with the sales, measurement, production and installation teams to ensure design accuracy.

* Conduct showroom consultations and, when required, on-site interior assessments.

* Maintain a premium and professional customer experience from consultation to installation.

* Keep up with current interior, curtain and soft-furnishing trends.
