• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing. (Prior experience in a student consultancy, agency, or media house is a huge plus!)

• Working knowledge of Canva for quick-turnaround social content.

• A strong learner mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and industry-specific processes.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and tech-savvy Creative Content Designer to be the backbone of our digital presence and brand storytelling. In the study abroad industry, content, design, and visual communication are everything. You will own our graphic design output, edit engaging video content, manage social media creatives, and support our digital communications. If you have a learner mindset and love solving problems in a supportive environment, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging, on-brand graphic designs for social media posts, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.

• Edit and produce compelling video content (reels, promos, event highlights, and short-form videos) for all social platforms.

• Oversee backend social media management and handle website content and design updates.

• Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, and event branding.

• Stay updated on design trends, content formats, and platform best practices to keep StairTouch's content fresh and competitive.

• Handle any other ad-hoc creative, technical, or administrative tasks assigned by management to help the team succeed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop — advanced image editing and design.

• Adobe Illustrator — vector graphics, logos, and brand assets.

• Video Editing — Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent professional tool).

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic and video work.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, IT, or a related field (a strong portfolio can substitute).

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing. (Prior experience in a student consultancy, agency, or media house is a huge plus!)
