• Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, or Graphic Design from *BTEB*.

• Bachelor’s Degree / Honors in *Fine Arts (B.F.A), Graphic Design, Product Design, Ceramics, Industrial Design*, or a relevant discipline.

• Professional certification or specialized training in Graphic Design, Product Design, Ceramics, Industrial Design, or related fields will be considered an advantage.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

• Age At least 29 years

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency

Candidates should have strong practical knowledge and working experience in:

*Microsoft Office*

Other industry-standard graphic design, colour management, and production software.

Professional Experience

• Minimum *5 years of relevant professional experience* as a Graphic Designer, Colourman, Decal Designer, or in a similar position.

• Experience in *Ceramic Tableware, Opal Glassware, Glass & Ceramic Decals, Screen Printing, FMCG Packaging*, or related manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.

• Candidates with hands-on experience in *decal artwork development and production* will receive preference.

Additional Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of *screen printing and decal production processes*.

• Good understanding of *colour matching and colour reproduction*.

• Ability to work with precision and maintain consistency in colour and design.

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing and production-oriented environment.

• Candidates with hands-on experience in *Ceramic/Glass Decal Colourman operations* will be given preference.

Work Location: Demra, Dhaka

A reputed Glass & Ceramic Decals Manufacturing Factory located in Demra, Dhaka, is looking for talented, experienced, and motivated candidates for the position of *Decals Graphics Design Developer cum Colourman.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify creative *decal graphics and artwork* for ceramic tableware, glassware, opal glassware, and other surfaces.

• Prepare artwork according to production requirements and ensure all designs are *print-ready and technically accurate*.

• Handle the complete *decal printing preparation process*, including artwork development, colour separation, exposure, screen making, and related screen-printing applications.

• Perform *colour correction, colour separation, colour matching, and shade development* for decal production.

• Maintain consistent colour quality from digital artwork through *printing, firing, and final finished products*.

• Work with colour palettes, ceramic colours, glazes, ceramic materials, and finishing requirements to achieve the desired final appearance.

• Develop and prepare artwork for *product catalogs, brochures, advertisements, packaging, exhibitions, social media, websites, and other promotional materials*.

• Prepare accurate layouts, dimensions, resolutions, colour profiles, and other technical specifications required for production.

• Review artwork carefully and identify potential design, colour, sizing, registration, or production-related issues before printing.

• Coordinate with the *Production, Quality Control, Marketing, and other internal departments* to ensure smooth execution of design and printing requirements.

• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and other service providers when required to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.

• Maintain proper records of artwork, colour references, screens, designs, and production specifications.

• Support the development of new decal designs, colour combinations, patterns, and product concepts.

• Demonstrate strong creative thinking, visual judgement, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Manage multiple design and production assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time
