Experience:

• 7 to 8 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Diploma in Computer

• Bachelor/Diploma in Computer Science from any university/ Bachelor`s degree in graphic design

• Educational requirements can be considered for experienced candidates

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Call Center

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Light room)

• Expertise in doing Neck Joint, Color Correction, Ghost Mannequin, Symmetric, Manipulation, and Complex High-End Retouch

• Flexible working at shifting duty (Morning, Evening & Night). Willing to do overtime duty

• Be able to communicate efficiently in ENGLISH - both written and verbal

• He must be an enthusiastic, proactive, disciplined and good team player

• Be able to meet targets and handle a high-pressure environment.

• Be able to lead and manage teams (40-50 employees)

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to improve their skills and performance

• Minimum 7-8 years of proven working experience at relevant field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Team Manager/ Sr. Team Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects

• Need to understand client requirements and communicate with studio team members as per their guideline

• Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines

• Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.

• Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Salary Review: Yearly
