Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for someone energetic, ambitious, and talented
Creation of client database.
Keep records of customer interactions, and process customer documents.
He/she must have good computer skills like MS WORD, EXCEL, EMAILING, etc.
Maintaining of client database & follow-up list.
Checking the mail provided by the client. Collaborate with the production team. Teamwork is also mandatory.
Managing customer inquiries identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Maintain inbound/outbound communication with clients in acquiring the business.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
