• Age At least 22 years

★Strong command of Microsoft Excel with the ability to work confidently on complex files.

★Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop with a clean, corporate design sense.

★High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and consistent quality in output.

★Fast and efficient working style with the ability to meet deadlines regularly.

★Good understanding of professional formatting, layout, and presentation standards.

★Strong organization and file management skills.

★Ability to understand requirements quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.

★Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Support day-to-day office and business operations through Excel and design-related work.

• Prepare, update, and maintain well-organized spreadsheets with high accuracy.

• Develop professional templates and formats to improve consistency and efficiency.

• Create clean, corporate-quality design materials as per company requirements.

• Edit and enhance visual content to ensure a professional presentation standard.

• Ensure all files are properly organized, clearly named, and easy to access.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly.

• Deliver assigned work on time, with strong attention to detail and quality.

• Coordinate with the team to understand requirements and provide timely support.
