Essential Intelligence Services (EIS) is looking for a creative and skilled professional who can work across graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. We welcome candidates from trainee/junior to mid-level backgrounds. Practical skills, creativity, and portfolio quality will be prioritised over years of experience.

Position Details

Position: Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: BDT 8,000–30,000 per month
Salary Structure: Negotiable based on skills, experience, portfolio quality, and interview performance
Office Location: Greenroad, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional social media posts, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials

• Edit promotional videos, social media reels, corporate videos, and short-form content

• Create engaging motion graphics, animated text, logo animations, and visual effects

• Resize and adapt designs and videos for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms

• Follow client briefs and maintain consistency with brand guidelines

• Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams

• Manage multiple projects and complete assigned work within deadlines

• Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback

• Maintain properly organised source files and project assets

• Ensure all final designs and videos are clean, polished, and ready for publication

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Video-editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software

• Good understanding of colour, typography, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to create professional designs for different industries and audiences

• Basic understanding of video transitions, timing, sound, subtitles, and visual storytelling

• Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively with the team

• Ability to manage deadlines and work responsibly

• Willingness to learn, improve, and accept constructive feedback

Additional Advantages

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools

• Knowledge of AI-assisted design and video tools

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies or international clients

• Basic knowledge of social media content trends and advertising creatives

• Experience creating short-form videos and motion content
