We are now looking for a proven Business Development & Sales professional who can drive growth, close deals, and contribute directly to scaling our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B focus)

  • Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels

  • Pitch company services (SEO, Paid Ads, Website Development, Software Solutions) effectively

  • Drive up-selling and cross-selling from existing clients

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development

  • Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or software sales is highly preferred

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure

  • Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus
