We are now looking for a proven Business Development & Sales professional who can drive growth, close deals, and contribute directly to scaling our business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B focus)
Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels
Pitch company services (SEO, Paid Ads, Website Development, Software Solutions) effectively
Drive up-selling and cross-selling from existing clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
✅ Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development
Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or software sales is highly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus
