Job Title: Video Editor And Content Creator

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Video Editor & Content Creator to help us build an authentic and professional presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

This role is more than simply editing videos. You will help transform our people, projects, client success stories, expertise, and behind-the-scenes activities into engaging content that builds trust and strengthens our brand with international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging short-form videos, Reels, LinkedIn videos, and social media content.

• Create content suitable for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, project materials, and ideas into polished videos.

• Create videos from client projects, case studies, portfolio work, testimonials, and success stories.

• Develop engaging video formats around:

  • Educational content

  • Industry insights

  • Project showcases

  • Before/after transformations

  • Client problems and solutions

  • Team stories

  • Behind-the-scenes content

  • Founder/team personal branding

• Work with the marketing team to understand the purpose and target audience of each piece of content.

• Add professional captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and other elements where appropriate.

• Create strong openings/hooks to improve viewer retention.

• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.

• Maintain consistency in visual style, storytelling, and brand identity.

• Collaborate with the graphic designer to combine video and visual content effectively.

• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, footage, and content libraries.

• Stay updated with current short-form video trends, formats, editing styles, and platform best practices.
